At a press conference over the weekend, Hipkins was addressing the notion that Kiwis living in high-density areas face the struggle of being unable to get outside without posing a risk to public health. Though it’s unclear if one of those negative experiences—getting fired from a day job—has led to a vast amount of musical inspiration for most, it has for electronic music producer Joe Monday.
