Slipknot have announced a new album, THE END, SO FAR, set to arrive on September 30th. Ahead of its release, the masked metallers have unveiled the new single “The Dying Song (Time to Sing).” The album announcement comes ahead of the band’s upcoming fall North American leg of their “Knotfest Roadshow” tour, which features support from Ice Nine Kills and Crown the Empire. Rob Zombie’s movie adaptation of the 1960s sitcom The Munsters is set to premiere directly on Netflix, the rocker-director revealed in an Instagram post. Early reports had the movie premiering in theaters and on Peacock simultaneously, but it turns out the film is heading straight to Netflix. Alter Bridge Announce Pawns & Kings Album, Unveil Title Track: Stream
Alter Bridge have announced that their seventh studio album, Pawns & Kings, will arrive on October 14th via Napalm Records. In advance of the release, they’ve unveiled the title track. The surviving members of Pantera are set to reunite in 2023 for their first tour in over 20 years. Billboard reports that singer Philip Anselmo and bassist Rex Brown have signed a deal with Artist Group International to book their upcoming North American dates. “We are thrilled to be working with such an iconic band and bringing their music back to the fans,” agent Peter Pappalardo said in a statement. It’s unclear who will be joining Anselmo and Brown on the road for the tour.
