2021 Punk in Drublic Festivals: NOFX, Pennywise, Less Than Jake, Sick of It All, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, and More
NOFX have announced two 2021 editions of their Punk in Drublic Craft Beer + Music Festival, one in Denver and the other in Worcester, Massachusetts. The veteran punk band will headline both events, which are scheduled for July and September, respectively. The Denver edition will take place July 17th at Sculpture Park, and features Less Than Jake, Sick of It All, Get Dead, Potato Pirates, and more acts to be named. The Massachusetts event happens on September 25th, at the Palladium Outdoors in Worcester, and includes The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Pennywise, Get Dead, and more bands to be announced. Limp Bizkit Announce Summer 2021 US Tour with Spiritbox
Get ready, y’all! Limp Bizkit are taking their show on the road this summer for a month’s worth of headlining US gigs with support from rising metal band Spiritbox. The jaunt, dubbed “The Limited Post Pandemic Popup Party”, will feature Fred Durst and company playing a number of intimate venues. The tour kicks off July 29th at the Metro in Chicago, and runs through an August 24th gig at the Palladium in Los Angeles. An August 13th show at the recently renovated Irving Plaza in New York City takes place in the middle of the trek. Corey Taylor Announces Summer 2021 US Solo Tour Dates
Corey Taylor was one of the first major artists to hit the road again this year, embarking on a month-long US run that just wrapped up a few days ago. Now, the singer has added a new summer leg to his solo tour, just weeks before his band Slipknot hit the road for their fall trek. The new solo leg kicks off August 6th at the House of Blues in Las Vegas and runs through an August 19th show at Denver’s Sculpture Park. Taylor will also play a July 16th gig at Rock Fest in Cadott, Wisconsin. Taylor is touring behind his 2020 debut solo album, CMFT, which features a wide range of songs spanning from metal to alternative rock to outlaw country. Thrice to Embark on Fall 2021 US Tour with Touché Amoré
Thrice have announced a fall 2021 US headlining tour with fellow post-hardcore luminaries Touché Amoré. Self Defense Family will also provide support for the outing, which begins September 24th in Houston at the Warehouse. The tour moves across the South and up through the East Coast, then across the Midwest to the West Coast. The final date is October 30th at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California. Halestorm Unveil 2021 US Headlining Tour Dates
Halestorm recently announced a co-headlining fall U.S. tour with Evanescence, but now they’ve added a number of other shows to their 2021 itinerary. Lzzy Hale and the crew have rolled out a bevy of new dates that include headlining gigs, state fair appearances, and rescheduled shows. The band kicks things off July 30 in York, Pennsylvania, at the York State Fair, with various dates running into December, including a couple shows on off dates during their tour with Evanescence. AFI Announce 2022 US Tour in Support of New Album Bodies
AFI have announced an early 2022 US headlining tour in support of their new album Bodies. Darkwave act Cold Cave will be along for the 26-date outing. Faith No More have booked a brief run of US headlining shows around two previously announced high-profile 2021 festival appearances. Fucked Up will provide support at the newly announced gigs. As reported recently, Faith No More will perform at Riot Fest in Chicago on September 18th and Slipknot’s Knotfest Iowa on September 25th. Since the band will already be geared up and ready to go, they’ve added headlining shows in Maryland Heights, Missouri, on September 16th; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 21st; and Newport, Kentucky on September 22nd. Black Label Society Announce 2021 US Tour with Obituary and Prong
Black Label Society will be back on the road this fall on a U.S. tour with support from Obituary and Prong. The two-month itinerary kicks off in early October and runs through the end of November. As the pandemic hit in March 2020, Black Label Society were in the midst of a North American tour. The metal veterans were forced to postpone the last 12 shows of the outing, and originally rescheduled the gigs for August of last year. Those dates were eventually nixed, as well, but frontman Zakk Wylde and company have now mapped out an extensive trek that more than makes up for those missed dates.
