Full of Hell and Blood Incantation Announce Fall 2022 US Co-Headlining Tour
Full of Hell and Blood Incantation have announced a Fall 2022 US co-headlining tour. Vermin Womb, Mortuous, and God Is War will support the trek. Dates kick off on September 13th in Denver and run through October 7th in Philadelphia. Tickets are available now and can be purchased via Ticketmaster. Prolific deathgrind act Full of Hell are coming off the 2021 release of their latest LP, Garden of Burning Apparitions. Meanwhile, Denver’s Blood Incantation took the metal underground by storm with their 2019 album Hidden History of the Human Race. Geezer Butler is still confounded about Rick Rubin‘s production work on Black Sabbath‘s 2013 album 13. In a new interview with Eddie Trunk, the Black Sabbath bassist offered up a less-than-thrilled recollection of working with the acclaimed producer on what remains the band’s final album. “Some of it I liked, some of it I didn’t like particularly,” Butler said (as transcribed by Blabbermouth). “It was a weird experience, especially with being told to forget that you’re a heavy metal band. That was the first thing [Rick] said to us. The LP, which can be streamed below, comes exactly three years after the release of their previous full-length, 2019’s untitled effort. Brass Against made headlines last year when singer Sophia Urista urinated on a fan onstage at the Welcome to Rockville festival in Daytona Beach, Florida. As reported yesterday, Randy Blythe tested positive for COVID-19, leading Lamb of God to announce that Chimaira singer Mark Hunter and a “few friends” would handle vocals for the band at Tuesday night’s show in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Those “few friends” included Matt Heafy and Anders Fridén of support acts Trivium and In Flames, respectively. Spirit Adrift Announce 20 Centuries Gone Collection, Share New Song “Sorcerer’s Fate”: Stream
Spirit Adrift have announced a new collection of songs titled 20 Centuries Gone. The eight-song release arrives August 19th and includes two new original tracks and six cover songs. One of those originals is “Sorcerer’s Fate,” which the band have offered up as the lead single. The song melds melodic guitar leads with propulsive riffing in a modern-yet-classic style. The outing kicks off July 26th in Phoenix, and runs through an August 28th show in Philadelphia.
