Halsey Makes Paris Fashion Week Debut In a Sheer Bodysuit and Low-Slung Skirt

Halsey can now officially add high-fashion model to their CV as they made their Paris Fashion Week debut on 28 Feb. The singer closed the Pressiat show wearing a textured leopard print, boned bodysuit with a low-slung maxi skirt complete with a small train. The sheer fabric wound around their neck to form a hood while the high-cut body exposed their hips. The eye-catching ensemble was the perfect ending to the gender-fluid autumn / winter 23 show. The newly-blonde "Without Me" singer, who has experimented with multiple hair colours throughout their career, had their platinum hair styled in to waves just peeking out from the front of the hood. Thick, dramatic, jet black floating eyeliner was taken above their lid line with shimmering black eyeshadow to create a gothic effect. Their dewy sk...

Halsey Steps Out in a Totally Sheer Skirt and Black Thong at Beyoncé’s Paris Fashion Week Party

You might want to take a moment after seeing Halsey‘s sensational outfit at Paris Fashion Week. The singer stepped out in the French capital on 4 Oct. to attend Beyoncé’s Tiffany & Co. closing party at the Palais de Tokio wearing black underwear under a totally sheer maxi skirt. The “Gasoline” singer rocked the show-stopping ensemble to the A-list event and proved that underwear as outerwear is a trend that is going nowhere. Sporting a black crop top with asymmetric neckline and thin straps with matching low-slung v-front thong knickers, they slipped a completely sheer maxi skirt over the top. The skirt offered minimal coverage of their thong and flowed elegantly to the ground where they added a pair of patent pointed stilettos to finish off the femme fatale aes...

Calvin Harris Reveals Star-Studded Tracklist for “Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2”

Over five years after its predecessor, the release of Calvin Harris‘ Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2 album is just about a week away. The last few months have been tantamount to torture for fans of the chart-topping “Summer” producer, who had been cryptically teasing the follow-up to 2017’s influential Vol. 1, saying back in March that it’s the “maddest album” he’s ever produced. And if its tracklist is any indication, he wasn’t kidding around.  If the crossover potential of Funk Wave Bounces Vol. 1 was hot, that of its successor is downright volcanic. The tracklist, which Harris revealed today, is brimming with monster collaborations. Highlights include “New To You” (with Normani, Tinashe and Migos’ Offset) and R...

Calvin Harris Enlists Justin Timberlake, Halsey and Pharrell for Summertime Jam, “Stay With Me”

For his latest mega-collab, Calvin Harris has enlisted Justin Timberlake, Halsey and Pharrell for a sun-kissed disco jam, “Stay With Me.” The infectious bassline of “Stay With Me” functions as the perfect vessel for JT, Halsey and Pharrell’s unmistakable vocals to float on while a myriad of funky synths and soulful guitar plucks help maintain the summertime feel of Harris’ forthcoming album, Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2.  “Stay With Me” is the latest single from the hotly anticipated album following “New Money” (with 21 Savage) and “Potion” (with Young Thug and Dua Lipa). The record is his first in over five years and will feature even more high-profile collabs, including tracks with&...

Calvin Harris Reveals Monster List of Collaborators for “Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2”

Is it really summer without new music from Calvin Harris? The last few weeks have been tantamount to torture for fans of the chart-topping “Summer” producer, who has been cryptically teasing the follow-up to his influential Funk Wav Bounces album, which came out almost five years ago. Feel old yet? Harris has now announced that the hotly anticipated record, which he has called the “maddest album” he’s ever produced, is slated to drop in early August. He also finally revealed the staggering list of collaborators who contributed to Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 2. If the crossover potential of Vol. 1 was hot, that of its successor is downright volcanic. The album’s monster list of collaborators is akin to a Grammy Award repository, boasting voc...

Later, they took to Twitter to explain why they decided to cover the track. “truly wish I wrote this song more than anything in the world I’m soooo happy it’s having this resurgence,” they wrote. “I knew immediately I wanted to do this.” Halsey also gave her new single “So Good” its live debut. Halsey Shares New Single ‘So Good’

A few weeks ago, Halsey said that her label wouldn’t release a new song of hers unless it had a viral moment on TikTok. “Basically, I have a song that I love that I want to release ASAP, but my record label won’t let me,” Halsey said. “I’ve been in this industry for eight years and I’ve sold over 165 million records and my record company is saying I can’t release it unless they can fake a viral moment on TikTok.” Of course, guess what happened next? The moment was covered and…went sorta viral. The label denied it stood in the artist’s way and said that it would release the song. That time is now. Halsey’s new song, “So Good,” is out now. It’s her first new song since last year’s album, If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power, which was co-produced by Nine Inch Nails’ Trent Reznor and Atticus Ro...
