Everton are thought to be keen on signing the Atletico Mineiro defender Guilherme Arana this summer. According to a report from Torcedores, the Premier League side are currently scouting the 24-year-old defender at the Olympics. Arana has been a part of Brazil’s squad for the Olympics this summer. Apparently, the player caught the attention of Everton with his performances last season. The Toffees could definitely use more depth in the left-back position and the Brazilian could be a quality backup option to Lucas Digne. The Frenchman has been excellent since his move to Everton but he needs more support and Arana could prove to be a smart investment for the Merseyside outfit.
