Big Gigantic Announce New Album With Features From Aloe Blacc, GRiZ, More

Boulder, Colorado-based dance music duo Big Gigantic have announced their eighth studio album, Brighter Future 2, as well as a summer tour.  The announcement is paired with the release of “Keep It Rising,” a collaboration with Grammy-nominated musician Aloe Blacc, who is perhaps best known in electronic dance music circles for his timeless vocals in Avicii’s “Wake Me Up.” This is the first time in more than a decade that the beloved electronic-funk duo and Aloe Blacc have released music together. GRiZ Announces First-Ever Camping Festival, Triple Rainbow

The first-ever GRiZ camping festival is in the works, and slated to take place on ground sacred to rock music greats. An expected 20,000 concert-goers are expected to converge on the Alpine Valley Music Theatre nightly for the two-day debut of Triple Rainbow. Based in East Troy, Wisconsin, the open-air amphitheater has been frequented for decades by legendary rockers the likes of Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Buffett, Aerosmith and The Grateful Dead, the latter of whom famously played the venue 20 times over the course of the 80s. As music festivals return at full tilt after a brutal pandemic, there’s no better time to live the high life. Enter The Roll Up Festival, a three-day event combining cannabis culture, music and Earth Day celebrations. It’s essentially an adult playground with carnival attractions, rides, ball-pits, car shows, professional wrestling sideshows and—of course–lots of munchies.
