Lagos governor inaugurates new LG service commission members
Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has charged chairman and members of the Local Government Service Commission to ensure that councils in Lagos have what it takes to provide satisfactory and effective public service at the grassroots level. The Director General of National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Mallam Kashifu Abdullahi, has said that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the new ‘oil’, because of its increasing contributions to the nation’s Gross Domestic Products (GDP).
