Davido has officially signed his first female artiste to his record label DMW. A few days ago, Davido announced that he would be signing his first female artiste pretty soon, he has done that now. A few hours ago, the DMW boss welcomed Liya to his record label after the ceremonial signing of contract papers. Davido shared photos from the signing ceremony with Liya as they held up the contract papers. Some days ago, Deinde, from MTN Project Fame, was also signed to DMW. Starboy Entertainment smash hit record ‘Soco‘ has finally gone Gold in Canada as certified by RIAA. In 2018, Starboy Entertainment released ‘Soco’ featuring Wizkid, Terri, Spotless and Ceeza Milli, a tune that rocked music charts, DJ playlist and the clubs. Two years after release, the song has been certified Gold in Canada by RIAA after selling over 40,000 units. Davido has terminated the contract between DMW and Lil Frosh over domestic violence. The DMW boss just announced that Lil Frosh has been sacked from his music imprint after the latter physically abused his girlfriend. News emerged yesterday that Lil Frosh beat his girlfriend to pulp and this has been going on for a while now. Douglas Agu better known as Runtown has promised to lead a protest to end Sars in Nigeria. With the ongoing outrage on Twitter over Sars brutality and extra judicial killings, Nigerian singer Runtown has spoken against the issue and also promised to lead a protest.
