Foo Fighters Get Some Fraggle-Sized Help in Music Video for “Fraggle Rock Rock”: Watch
Foo Fighters have lots of respect for the great artists who have come before, whether that’s Bee Gees, Van Halen, or the Fraggles. That’s right, Dave Grohl and friends perform alongside their esteemed muppet peers in the new music video for “Fraggle Rock Rock.” The Foos unveiled the song last month to coincide with the debut of Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock on Apple TV+. The video finds them sharing the stage — or trying to, at any rate, because some of these Fraggles aren’t very good at ceding the spotlight. Dance your cares away because Foo Fighters have released their new Fraggle Rock-inspired single, the appropriately titled “Fraggle Rock Rock.” It appears on the soundtrack to Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock, which premiered on Apple TV+ today. The original Fraggle Rock lived by the ideal of, “Let the music play,” and Apple TV+ is running it back in the teaser trailer for Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock. The reboot of the beloved Jim Henson series debuts January 21st. Fraggle Rock ran for five seasons between 1983 and 1987, enchanting a generation of kids with a variety of colorful creatures. These included the fun-loving Fraggles, the hard-working Doozers, the fat and furry Gorgs, and the Silly Creatures of Outer Space — otherwise known as humans.
