Osheaga Festival 2020 Postponed Due to Coronavirus

Osheaga Festival 2020 has officially been postponed until next summer due to the coronavirus. This year would’ve marked the Montreal event’s 15th anniversary. “Unfortunately this year, given the circumstances, we have no choice but to postpone the long-awaited 15th edition of the festival to next summer, July 30 – August 1, 2021,” read a statement from the event’s organizers. Foo Fighters, Kendrick Lamar, and Lizzo were originally tapped as headliners for the 2020 installment, which was scheduled for this July. Kraftwerk, Vampire Weekend, Bon Iver, BROCKHAMPTON, Charli XCX, Caribou, Nick Murphy, and Rex Orange County were also slated to perform, as were Brittany Howard, Tove Lo, slowthai, Phoebe Bridgers, and Soccer Mommy. Slipknot, Coheed and Cambria, and KISS Cruises Rescheduled for 2021

Wahab); KISS (photo by Kevin RC Wilson Planned 2020 rock cruises led by Slipknot, Coheed and Cambria, and KISS have all been postponed until 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as announced Thursday by the events’ producer Sixthman. A number of the production company’s other cruises and vacation festivals have also been moved to next year. Slipknot had already announced that their Knotfest at Sea cruise would be postponed, but now some specific details have been revealed. Psycho Las Vegas Festival Won’t Take Place in 2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic

The Psycho Las Vegas festival will no longer take place in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Instead, organizers hope to have most of the scheduled acts return for the 2021 edition of the multi-day event at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. This year’s edition, slated for August 13th-16th, was set to feature Danzig, Mercyful Fate, Emperor, The Flaming Lips, Blue Öyster Cult, Down, Mayhem, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, and many more acts.
