The Punk Rock Bowling & Music Festival has revealed its 2023 lineup, which will be headlined by Rancid, Bad Religion, and Dropkick Murphys. The 23rd edition of the annual punk-rock celebration is set for May 26th-29th on 6th Street in Las Vegas. Three-day general admission passes ($190) and VIP passes ($475) are available via the Punk Rock Bowling website. Individual tickets to club shows will go on sale in February 2023. Music fans who have purchased NFTs from Coachella could be left twisting in the wind after the cryptocurrency exchange FTX recently filed for bankruptcy. The festival launched a longterm partnership with FTX back in February to offer $1.5 million in NFTs on a new marketplace. According to Billboard, a Coachella staff member revealed on the festival’s Discord server that they were unable to contact FTX. “Like many of you, we have been watching this news unfold online over the past few days and are shocked by the outcome,” they said. “We do not currently have any lines of communication with the FTX team. Hinterland Music Festival is cropping back up in St. Charles, Iowa from August 4th-6th, 2023, with a lineup led by Bon Iver, Maggie Rogers, and Zach Bryan. The eighth iteration of the rural festival outside Des Moines will be hosted once again at Avenue of the Saints Amphitheater and returns to a three-day event after this year’s fourth day expansion. The first day of emo nostalgia festival When We Were Young has been canceled due to high winds in Las Vegas. Citing “dangerous 30-40 mph sustained winds with potential 60 mph gusts,” festival organizers announced the cancellation an hour prior to the event’s start time. They said the decision had been under the advisement of the National Weather Service and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. “This was not a decision that came lightly,” the organizers added a statement. “We know many of you traveled to the area to have a spectacular day with your favorite bands and have been looking forward to this day for months.
