Charlamagne Tha God just paid Cardi B one of the biggest compliments of her career.
“No Time to Die” actor Lashana Lynch attended the opening ceremony of the 75th annual Cannes Film Festival for the screening of “Final Cut (Coupez!)”. Lynch arrived on the red carpet wearing a sleek, Fendi column dress with gorgeous emerald-and-diamond earrings. Lynch’s iridescent, ivory lace dress was by Fendi haute couture and featured a high neckline and column silhouette. Despite being a strapless dress, it appears very modest from the front and back due the floor-length, completely covered bust and bridal-lace fabric. From the sides of the dress is where we get a sense of the French Riviera, and Lynch gives us a tiny peak at her toned physique between the sheer panelling of the dress — and the leg splits on either side that go all the way up her thighs. Versace by Fendi or “Fendace” is not a collaboration, but a spectacular fashion swap that celebrates the “friendship and the cultural impact” of two legendary — and once rivalling — Italian luxury houses. To close out Milan Fashion Week, Versace creative director Donatella Versace and Fendi creative director Kim Jones swapped roles for one night only to present two 25-look collections at the Versace family palazzo on Via Gesù. As impressive as the new Fendace logo and the iconic fusion designs was the star-studded front row and the supermodel lineup. Versace by Fendi spring/summer 2022, otherwise titled “Fendace” or “The Swap” was modelled by ’90s supers Naomi Campbell, Karen Elson, Amber Valletta, Kristen McMenamy, Shalom Harlow, Kate ...

Kim Jones is starting at Fendi with a bang. The recently appointed womenswear creative director, who succeeds the late Karl Lagerfeld, presented his debut collection for Fendi Couture spring/summer 2021 at the Palais Brongniart in Paris — that boasted an all-star model lineup of Demi Moore, Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Cara Delevingne, Adwoa Aboah, Lila Moss, and mum Kate Moss. The tight edit of 19 looks included some pieces we’ll be thinking about well after Haute Couture Fashion Week. Bella Hadid wore a stunning, sheer iridescent slate grey gown with Venetian glass hair combs, Lila Moss also modelled a sheer creation covered in pearls, and Demi Moore took to the catwalk in a chic black set. The collection was inspired by the romantic and creative relationship be...
The Great British Bake Off‘s Noel Fielding is a surprising inspiration behind Fendi‘s Autumn/Winter 2021 menswear collection. Fans might be familiar with Fielding’s quirky, statement shirts on Bake Off, and his offscreen talent for colourful chalk drawings. The latter of which appears heavily in Fendi’s latest collection, which features colourful artwork and Fendi lettering designed by Fielding. “Very excited to announce that I have collaborated with Fendi (using my artwork) for their new Menswear winter collection !!!,” Fielding announced on Instagram. “I like him as a man, and he is a multifaceted talent: writing, comedy, music, art,” said Fendi’s menswear creative director Silvia Venturini Fendi to Vogue. “This is something we ...
Kim Jones is poised to be the next king of fashion. The British designer and current artistic director of Dior Homme has been tapped by the luxury brand’s parent company LVMH as Fendi’s new womenswear artistic director. Jones succeeds Fendi’s previous creative director, the late Karl Lagerfeld, and replaces the house’s interim artistic director, Silvia Venturini Fendi, who will return her focus to accessories and menswear for the brand. Kim Jones has lead Dior’s menswear vision since 2018 and previously directed menswear at Louis Vuitton, which are both owned by LVMH. The Central Saint Martins alumnus will continue developing Dior’s menswear collections, while taking on a second role at Fendi womenswear. Bernard Arnault, chairman and CEO of LVMH, said in...
