How to Sell Technology Solutions to the C-Suite

Technology is transforming industries on a global scale — with the COVID-19 pandemic proving just how critical a solid IT strategy really is for business sustainability. C-level executives who weren’t prepared for digital transformation have been left playing catch up, which means there has never been a better time to sell IT solutions to them. And while it may seem easier than ever to reach decision-makers, the truth is that many of them employ seasoned gatekeepers and are inundated with technical sales calls. This means gaining access to the C-Suite has become an extremely difficult task for sales executives.  So when it comes to selling to CEO’s, CIO’s or CTO’s — the rules have changed; and to be a successful Sales VP, Sales Manager or Sales Executive, you have to adapt your approa...

Weeks After Sharing Lineup, EXIT Festival Announces Cancellation of 2020 Event

Weeks after sharing an expansive lineup, organizers of Serbia’s EXIT Festival have pulled the plug on its 2020 iteration due to the impact of COVID-19. The announcement arrived weeks after they announced its initial postponement to August. Representatives took to social media to share the solemn—if unsurprising—news. “As you may know, earlier this spring, the Serbian Prime Minister had asked EXIT not to cancel the festival but rather postpone it to mid-August,” they wrote. “At that time, the number of new daily cases was on a steady sharp decline and even our most cautious health experts believed that zero number of cases would be reached in June, almost two months before the new festival date in August. During this time, the whole of Serbia was also fully reop...

Titled after his last name “Verwest,” fans have been eagerly awaiting to hear what the Dutch dance music veteran has in store. Luckily, the wait is almost over as he just announced that the first ever VER:WEST performance will take place at the Tomorrowland Around the World digital festival. Describing it as a “melodic house” side project, Tiësto spoke about his latest venture in a press release and shared how excited he was to show off a different side of himself. I would describe VER:WEST as melodic house music. It’s a lot deeper and more chill and a very different energy than Tiësto. I...

Red Rocks Amphitheatre was one of countless concert venues to shutter due to the impact of COVID-19. They say that when the air is thin, it makes your heart bigger—a phenomenon that many are desperately seeking in these harrowing times. The fabled Colorado open air venue, which is situated 6,450 feet above sea level, hosted the return of its “Yoga on the Rocks” series over the weekend and invited people to its sprawling property for some much-needed R & R. Those who have attended concerts at Red Rocks can attest that there is nothing quite like it due to its picturesque views and utopian fl...
