According to reports, WWE and MGM are now developing a reboot of American Gladiators. The duo is now reported to bringing back the classic competition series that originally ran between 1989-1996. First Image From HBO’s ‘The Last of Us’ Adaptation Revealed

Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann has dropped the first image of HBO’s “The Last of Us” TV series. HBO and Naughty Dog are clearly playing their cards close to their chest, keeping the faces of both Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsay obscured, but the image clearly sets out the journey aspect of Joel and Ellie’s story. R. Kelly Found Guilty of Sex Trafficking and Racketeering, Now Faces Life in Prison

R. Kelly on Monday was convicted of nine counts of racketeering and sex trafficking, which included acts constituting sexual exploitation of a child, kidnapping, bribery and violating of the Mann Act. According to CNN, the jury was made up of seven men and five women, who began deliberations on Friday. The federal trial began on August 18 in the Eastern District of New York. Kelly had pleaded not guilty to the charges. Kelly, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, is due to be sentenced on May 4. He now faces several decades to life in prison. According to The New York Times, prosecutors said that over the course of two decades, Kelly and his “inner circle” tried to recruit girls and young women for sexual exploitation and to produce pornography. Disney Sues To Maintain Full Rights to All Marvel Characters

Walt Disney Company is filing a series of blockbuster suits to keep full control of the Marvel characters including, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Dr. Strange, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Thor and others. The New York Time has reported that the lawsuits are looking to invalidate copyright termination notices that have been served by these characters’ illustrators. Should Marvel lose the lawsuit, Disney would be forced to share ownership of these billion-dollar characters. The dispute first came into light when Marc Toberoff, a well-known intellectual property lawyer served Disney and Marvel Entertainment copyright terminations on behalf of five of his clients. In its latest true crime announcement, Netflix reveals Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King, a new documentary that follows a group of investors turned amateur detectives as they try to unravel the suspicious death of crypto tycoon Gerry Cotten, founder of Quadriga Fintech Solutions which operated QuadrigaCX, the largest crypto exchange in Canada at the time. ‘Gundam Breaker Battlogue’ Anime Receives Premiere Date

Following its original announcement in June, Bandai Namco has now finally announced the premiere date for the upcoming anime portion of its Gundam Breaker Battlogue project. Due to release in October, the new series will feature six episodes that will stream on both the official Gundam YouTube channel and the Gundam.info website every Thursday.
