Friday Night Lights' Kyle Chandler is set to portray Hal Jordan in DC and HBO's upcoming series, Lanterns.The news was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter, noting that the show will see Hal Jordan "reluctantly mentoring" John Stewart — a younger Lantern who was one of DC's first Black superheroes. Netflix has unveiled the official trailer of The Menendez Brothers, an upcoming true crime documentary that will hear Lyle and Erik Menendez tell their side of their infamous criminal case for the first time in 30 years.Calling straight from Donovan Correctional Facility, the brothers will revisit the infamous night they murdered their parents, Kitty and José Menendez, in 1989. The Menendez Brothers will feature extensive audio interviews from both Lyle and Erik, the lawyers involved in the trial, journalists who covered the case, jurors, family and "other informed observers" who will provide "new insight and a fresh perspective" on the divisive case. Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi are set to star in the upcoming adaptation of the classic Emily Brontë novel, Wuthering Heights. In an Instagram post, SNL is kicking off next week, on the last weekend of September with Jean Smart and Jelly Roll. Charlie Hunnam is set to portray murderer and body snatcher Ed Gein in the third season of Ryan Murphy's Netflix anthology series, Monster.The news was announced during the Los Angeles premiere of Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story — the second season following DAHMER.
