Mark Cuban is ready to sign his name on the dotted line when the time comes to acquire conservative network Fox News and social media platform X. Launched in 2000, the Electronic Arts franchise has accrued a cult following for its relaxed sandbox-style gameplay as players control virtual people in an open world known as SimCity.Amazon MGM is helming the project, while Kate Herron, director of Loki on Disney+, is directing the film. A24 is bringing back some of its best horror films to theaters for Halloween.The "Eerie Series" will kick off on October 1 with Yorgos Lanthimos’ The Killing of a Sacred Deer, starring Colin Farrell, Nicole Kidman and Barry Keoghan. The week after will play David Lowery’s A Ghost Story with Casey Affleck and Rooney Mara, followed by Edward Shults’ It Comes at Night with Joel Edgerton on the week of October 15 then the Nicolas Cage-starring Dream Scenario on October 22.
