Telkom’s T-kash, the telco’s Kenyan-based mobile money platform, has been fully integrated into the governments’ digital services platform, Citizen. Safaricom to Pay $850 Million for Ethiopian Operating Licence

The telco is expected to pay $850 million for the licence.
