Celtic have held fresh talks with Brighton regarding Shane Duffy. The 28-year-old has been linked with a move to Parkhead for a while now and it seems that the Hoops are determined to sign him this summer. As per Football Insider, the Scottish outfit met with Brighton officials yesterday to discuss the transfer. Celtic need to improve their defensive options and Duffy would be a superb signing. He did well for Brighton in the Premier League last season and he could be a star in the Scottish Premiership next year. Brighton defender Shane Duffy has been linked with a move to Celtic this summer. According to the Celtic youth coach Si Ferry, the transfer could be happening. Earlier this year, British singer Duffy reemerged after a lengthy, mysterious absence. We found out in a lengthy essay that the singer had been kidnapped and raped, but now, she’s using her platform to help victims. In an open letter, Duffy is asking Netflix CEO Reed Hastings to remove the Polish film 365 Days, a film she says “glamorizes the brutal reality of sex trafficking, kidnapping and rape,” from the platform. The film was released earlier this year in Poland.
