Ultra Music Festival attendees were on good behavior at the brand’s flagship Miami event in 2022. Drug Dealer Pleads Guilty to Fentanyl Distribution in Connection to Mac Miller’s Death

One of the men charged in connection with providing Mac Miller the fentanyl that led to his untimely death has agreed to plead guilty. As TMZ reports, Stephen Andrew Walter will enter a guilty plea to federal charges of distribution of fentanyl. In exchange, another charge of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance was dropped, though Walter still faces up to 20 years in federal prison. According to the plea agreement, Walter “knowingly and intentionally directed Ryan Michael Reavis to distribute fentanyl in the form of counterfeit oxycodone pills, to Cameron James Pettit” on September 4th, 2018. Narcotics Control Bureau Raids Drug-Fueled Rave on Indian Cruise Ship

Eight people were arrested on a Goa-bound cruise liner after India’s Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided the ship and seized an enormous amount of party drugs and cash. Between 800 and 1,000 passengers total were on the drug-fueled Cordelia Cruises ship, 200 of which opted not to continue on the trip after the bust. Several “high-profile” DJs were reportedly invited to perform and the high-profile party also involved a number of Indian celebrities. Attendees at Glastonbury Festival, the U.K.’s largest music festival, have caused a significant increase in drug pollution in the river because of their toxic urination habits. Researchers and scientists are asking for patrons to change their habits of public urination at the festival. According to Newsweek, scientists found damaging traces of drugs in the Glastonbury river. The Whitelake and Redlake rivers flow by the Glastonbury Festival site. Back in 2019, scientists measured the water quality before, during, and after the festival both upstream and downstream of the festival location.
