New Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Trailer Teases Possible X-Men Crossover: Watch

Before the Rams took on the Bengals in the Super Bowl, Marvel gave a new look at what it’s like when Doctor Strange takes on the multiverse by revealing a new trailer. The latest preview of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness makes it clear the highly anticipated sequel is going to be one hell of a crazy, jam packed ride. You thought Spider-Man: No Way Home had a lot going on? This one’s got a minotaur (Rintrah), Scarlett Witch vs. Wanda (aka Elizabeth Olsen versus herself), as well as mysterious powered up character, a one-eyed tentacle monster (I’m still saying this is Shuma-Gorath), the reality-punching America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), and some insane special effects. And somehow that’s not all. Midway through the trailer, Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor) warns Doctor Strange (Bened...

Seemingly picking up where No Way Home left off, Doctor Strange sets out to find Scarlett Witch but not to reprimand her for her transgressions in WandaVision, but to ask for her help. After seeing just how fragile the Marvel multiverse was left due to his actions in Spider-Man, Dr. Strange has enlisted the help of Scarlett Witch but to what end, we do not know. Unfortunately for him Baron Mordo is still out and about collecting mag...

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Trailer Reveals No Way Home Fallout: Watch

Coming the wake of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Marvel has unleashed the first teaser trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Originally revealed as the end credits stinger after Spidey’s latest universe-altering adventure, the preview has now come online and can be seen below. The trailer picks up seemingly right after the events of No Way Home, which we’ll save from fully spoiling as the movie hasn’t even been out a week yet. Needless to say, Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) has cast a dangerous spell against the advice of Wong (Benedict Wong). Though it has momentarily saved the day, the fall out from the magic seems to have had a catastrophic effect on the multiversal fabric itself. As he tries to rectify his own mistakes, Strange seeks the aid of another powe...

Marvel Delays All 2022 Release Dates, Including Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Thor

It’s the release date shift of madness, as Marvel has announced delays for almost all of its post-2021 features. The shakeup will see nearly the entire 2022-2023 slate of Disney-released films swapping positions, with Indiana Jones 5 also affected. The moves are cascading, with each movie moving to fill the slot previously held by the next film down the line. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (originally scheduled for March 25th, 2022) now takes Thor: Love and Thunder off its May 6th spot, which in turn moves onto Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’s July 8th date. The highly anticipated Black Panther sequel, expected to see Letitia Wright’s Shuri picking up the mantle from the late Chadwick Boseman, forces Nia DaCosta’s Captain Marvel follow-up The Marvels i...

We Need to Talk About the Cat in the Loki Trailer

Warning: Spoilers ahead for Captain Marvel. By now, we’re all familiar with the new trailer for Disney+’s next Marvel spinoff series Loki. But what we haven’t talked about enough is its surprise introduction of … a cat. Or, “cat.” As we see in the trailer, Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is immediately confronted by a noticeably chill tabby cat upon being released into an office after meeting with Owen Wilson’s Mobius. The cat even begins purring when Loki drops into the adjacent chair. Now, anyone who’s had the good fortune to interact with a cat would find this suspicious: What pet on Earth would be that content when next to an empty bowl, or that calm when a fugitive God of Mischief interrupts their afternoon? But that’s exactly it: They’re not on Earth. Loki is a prisoner of the Time Variance Au...
