Police operatives attached to Anambra State Command have gone offensive against criminal elements in the state, leading to the successful arrest of six criminal suspects involved in offences of unlawful possession of firearms, stealing and cultism. Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, has assured the people of Ebonyi State that justice would be served in the case of persons recently killed by assailants in the Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State. The governor of Kaduna state, Nasir el-Rufai, has urged the ministry of transportation to increase the frequency of trains plying the Abuja-Kaduna rail line.
