Source: PYMCA / Getty Last summer Nas dropped a grown man classic in King’s Disease and with 2021 well underway, God’s Son is looking to keep reigning as one of the game’s most well-respected, legends and just dropped a video for one of his albums standout cuts. For his visuals to “27 Summers,” Nas comes off like a man ready to hang up the mic for good and call it a career as he hits the golf course with DJ Khaled before peeling off in some golf carts that may or may not have been used in a drive-by. Just sayin.’ Keeping up with 90’s OG’s and legends, Busta Rhymes comes through with a black-and-white remix clip for “Czar” where the Brooklyn rapper links up with CJ and reunites M.O.P. one time for the real ones. Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty For whatever reason the latest trend in Hip-Hop is to name records after other rappers without actually featuring them or sometimes even talking about them. Source: Rommel Demano / Getty While millions of Hip-Hoppers and New Yorkers still mourn the late-great Big Punisher, his son Chris Rivers has been doing what he can to carry on his legendary pops legacy and we feel like Pun would definitely approve. For his latest visuals to “Gappy Birthday,” the Bronx MC uses some unseen footage of himself spending time with his rap giant of a father as a child before showcasing a collage of videos of himself rockin’ the mic and hyping up crowds all over the place. How heads aren’t paying much attention to homie is beyond us. Now that we’ve heard his take on the events of the most struggle year in human history, we get some visuals to complete his record and it’s pretty much what you’d expect. For his visuals to “Rap Up 2020” Uncle Murda uses a bunch of stock footage of everything he raps about and reminds us that we really f-ing hated 2020. Like, deadass hated this past year. Source: Vamp Life / EMPIRE For every Lil Wayne and Kanye West that supports Donald Trump’s MAGA movement, there’s a Busta Rhymes and Jim Jones that resist and call out the Racist-In-Chief’s white nationalist rhetoric. Continuing to amp up the resistance, Jim Jones links up with Juelz Santana and Marc Scibilia for his visuals to “Election” where they speak out about the times we’re living in and let everyone know they’re ready to get it popping should we go into a Purge era forreal forreal. Tyga “Nigo In Beverly Hills,” Billy Danze “Halle Berry” & More | Daily Visuals 1.6.21

Source: Kevin Winter/MTV VMAs 2020 / Getty Believe it or not, Tyga is still in the rap game and apparently thriving even without the help Kylie Jenner’s bank account (no shots). Still styling and profiling in his visuals to “Nigo In Beverly Hills,” T-Raw stunts in front of a private plane with a thick young woman and a foreign automobile that will no doubt be repossessed at some point in the future (we kid we kid). But he does have a history of having cars repossessed. Just sayin. Lil Durk “Coming Clean,” Uncle Murda “Russian Roulette” & More | Daily Visuals 1.4.21

Source: Prince Williams / Getty We know that women tend to gravitate to men who can belt out a smooth sounding song out their vocals, but how many women are cool with sharing such a man? We’re not sure but apparently Lil Durk found a few and moved them into his luxury home. In his visuals to “Coming Clean,” the Chicago crooner shows us why it’s good to be him these days as he strolls through his house where a number of women walk around in bras and panties because, well, why not? Showering with chocolate syrup was the only thing that didn’t make sense to us to be honest. Back in Brooklyn Uncle Murda heads to the projects to get lit with his peoples and roll dice and shows everyone how real it is in the field for his clip to “Russian Roulette.” Check out the rest of today’s drops and some j...

The Weeknd “Save Your Tears,” Last Days & Benny The Butcher “Tradition” & More | Daily Visuals 1.5.21

Source: NBC / Getty For the past year The Weeknd’s been on walking around with a bloodied up and bandaged face to demonstrate, well, we’re not entirely sure. But today the wraps have come off and we kinda wish they actually didn’t. For his newest visuals to “Save Your Tears,” The Weeknd unveils a brand new look in which he boasts a swollen up grill that looks like he just underwent the Kylie Jenner special or something. We guess this will be his 2021 gimmick going forward. Elsewhere Benny The Butcher continues to become the most guest featured rapper out of Griselda as he links up with Last Days to keep it thorough from the block to the club in the visuals to “Tradition.” Check out the rest of today’s drops including work from J Stone featuring Dave East, Stunna 4 Vegas, and more. But until the man has his day in court, the Brooklyn rapper continues to get his grizzly on with some new visuals to “The Angela Story” in which Troy tells a tale of a love affair gone sideways. Source: Derrick Salters/WENN.com / WENN Real heads remember the days when French Montana and Jim Jones were mortal enemies and hurling threats at each other on records and SMACK DVD’s and whatnot. Now more than a decade later the two have not only squashed their beef but even got in the studio together to put it down for the culture. Linking up in the visuals for “Too Late,” French and Jones hit the streets with their respective crews and flash enough ice to light up the block at night. Don’t expect Jim to hop in the studio with Max B anytime soon though. Keeping the scene in NY, DJ Kay Slay taps on the talents of Dave East, Vado and Julian Morgan for his clip to “Street Life” in which the men pay homage to the ride-or-die’s in their lives.
