Despite an onslaught of cryptocurrency content, most of this year’s Super Bowl advertisements understood the assignment, shelling out the big bucks in order to turn up the star power at every possible opportunity. While many Game Day ads boasted blockbuster celebrity pairings (yes, that was Dolly Parton and Miley Cyrus joining forces for T-Mobile, and Zendaya and André 3000 finding some time to sell seashells for Squarespace), mini-reunions of classic TV show casts also dominated the advertising airwaves of Super Bowl LVI on Sunday (February 14th). From Scrubs to The Sopranos, we’ve got them all rounded up here in case you unglued yourself from the living room couch in order to grab more snacks. Check out the nostalgia-inducing ads you may have missed below. Scrubs: Zach Braff and Donald F...
With so many blockchain networks appearing all the time, new or even experienced crypto enthusiasts may feel overwhelmed when it comes to deciding which are the best to invest in. In this guide, we’ll outline the most important aspects of any blockchain project, and why one should pay close attention to such details when assessing the different chains on the crypto market. Use case Arguably the most important part of any blockchain project is its use case. What is the project’s reason for existing? Is the project here to enhance payment processing? To improve on a business supply chain or to entertain users? There’s technically no such thing as an invalid use case, but some are certainly more applicable than others. For example, a project meant to assist millions in acquiring food is likel...
In a recent YouTube video, Charles Hoskinson highlighted the rapid growth of the Cardano (ADA) ecosystem while clarifying the concerns raised by other members of the crypto community over the past year. “We live in a world where arbitrary groups of people get to be fact-checkers and decide what’s legitimate,” said Hoskinson while speaking about the government’s perception of cryptocurrencies. He pointed out that a vast majority of financial crimes are done with the U.S. dollar or other fiat currencies. According to Hoskinson, the growth of the crypto ecosystem this year might be slower than 2022: “It’s hard to argue with the $2.5 trillion industry and imagine where that’s going to go. I think we’re just going to digest as an industry the consequences for better or w...

Before anyone can protest, we get it: “Modern Warfare” (Season 1, Episode 23) is a television masterpiece. “Abed’s Uncontrollable Christmas” (Season 2, Episode 11) is a prime example of the risk-taking that made Community so beloved. “Intermediate Documentary Filmmaking” (Season 2, Episode 16) with Levar Burton is the ship that launched a thousand Donald Glover memes. Community premiered on September 17, 2009 and quickly amassed a small but vocal following — the rallying cry of “six seasons and a movie” still echoes through Twitter timelines to this day. The Dan Harmon community college ensemble show has become something of a cult classic and found another wave of fans when the series landed on Netflix in 2020.
