Haunted Painting is officially due for release on September 25th through Wax Nine, a Carpark Records imprint overseen by Dupuis. The long-awaited Slugger follow-up is comprised of 11 songs and boasts guest contributions from Roberto Lange of Helado Negro, Deerhoof member Satomi Matsuzaki, tUnE-yArDs mastermind Merrill Garbus, and Rick Maguire of Pile. Arca has released her highly-anticipated fourth album, KiCk i. Stream it below via Apple Music or Spotify. The follow-up to Alejandra Ghersi’s excellent 2017 self-titled record sees the Venezuelan experimental artist teaming up with a myriad of musicians, from Björk and Rosalía to SOPHIE and Shygirl. In an interview with SiriusXM, Lee spilled the beans on the track, saying, “I’m playing drums on this Post Malone song that’s coming up – and if you can believe it, the song is called ‘Tommy Lee’.” He went on to say, “It’s killer. This tribute to Soundgarden will be released as a 12-inch on September 26th, which is the second of three separate Record Store Drops this year.
