A lawsuit against Childish Gambino alleging that he plagiarized another song to make his Grammy Award-winning track "This Is America" has been dismissed in court. In the ruling, the judge deemed the allegations by rapper Kidd Wes weren't substantial, saying elements of the songs were "entirely different and not substantially similar."
