Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT Launches New Label to Empower Emerging Artists

Techno Superstar Charlotte de Witte Announces New EP, “Apollo”

Charlotte de Witte has announced a new EP, Apollo, soon to be released on her very own KNTXT label. The techno superstar, who was recognized as one of EDM.com‘s best music producers of 2020, took to Twitter to make the announcement, adding that the EP will be available digitally and on vinyl. de Witte recently made history as the first woman to close out Tomorrowland‘s Mainstage, the most prominent stage at the world’s largest EDM festival. Having performed at the iconic fest every year since 2017, she was one of 600 artists this year. We Came Up With Bizarre Descriptions of DJs—Then Used Artificial Intelligence to Bring Them to Life

There’s nothing that blurs the line between frightening and fascinating quite like artificial intelligence. And since artificial intelligence and electronic music are becoming more symbiotic by the day, the staff here at EDM.com wanted to see just how far it could go in a visual sense. So we came up with bizarre descriptions of artists and fed them through A.I. art generators. Some images are photorealistic. Others are fancifully distorted. Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Charlotte de Witte, More Confirmed for ADE’s 2022 Festival Program

With less than two months to go until the return of Amsterdam Dance Event, its organizers have revealed a staggering second wave of artists. ADE, the world’s premier electronic music summit, announced its initial phase of artists in early July. But today’s reveal illustrates just how much of an impact organizers plan on making after grappling with the tortuous nature of Dutch pandemic restrictions. Charlotte de Witte Makes History As First Woman to Close Out Tomorrowland’s Mainstage

One of techno music’s modern day icons, Charlotte de Witte, has landed herself in a page in the EDM history book. The renowned Belgian DJ and electronic music producer has become the first woman and techno artist to close out the iconic Mainstage of Tomorrowland, the world’s largest EDM festival. It was a hometown triumph for de Witte, who was born in Ghent, Belgium. de Witte has performed at Tomorrowland every year since 2017. This year, she was one of 600 artists who took the stage at the festival. Artists like Nicky Romero, Eric Prydz and Martin Garrix lit up the night sky and paraded festival-goers with a barrage of festival-driven anthems prior to de Witte’s historic closing DJ set. Charlotte de Witte to Become First Woman to Close Out Tomorrowland’s Main Stage

Charlotte de Witte is set to make Tomorrowland history in 2022. The Belgium-based festival of nearly two decades will for the first time feature a closing set by a woman on the main stage. Fittingly, organizers have selected a hometown hero in de Witte to break that barrier. With the milestone, de Witte, who was named one of EDM.com‘s Best Music Producers of 2020, also becomes the first techno artist to close out Tomorrowland, she said in an Instagram post. Secret Project Announces Debut Pula Music Week Festival From Ancient Roman Era Amphitheater
