The Crown‘s costume designer Amy Roberts did an impressive job recreating Princess Diana’s iconic wedding dress. Emma Corrin, who plays Diana Spencer, will be wearing the dress for the royal wedding scene with Prince Charles (Josh O’Connor) in season four of the series — and Netflix recently shared some new details into the making of the iconic replica. Princess Diana’s original ivory silk wedding dress worn at Buckingham Palace on July 29, 1981, was designed by Elizabeth and David Emanuel.
