Recall that Nigerian national assembly has recently passed electoral bill seeking to amend 1999 constitution that give the political party power to conduct indirect primary election. The bill Which is seeking to stop political party from conducting inderect primary election, any it was passed by the national assembly, and send to the office of the president to be assent into law.
