Lenny Kravitz, Cher and More Cover Oasis’ ‘Stop Crying Your Heart Out’

Cher, Lenny Kravitz and numerous additional stars came together to cover Oasis’ “Stop Crying Your Heart Out,” off the band’s 2002 LP, Heathen Chemistry. The new single was put together to “raise vital funds to help support children and young people across the UK facing disadvantage, at a time when they need it most.” Proceeds from the single will go to BBC Children in Need. “I felt very emotional recording this song, it was very important to me,” Cher said in a release. Bryan Adams’ ‘Return to Live’ Concert in Germany Canceled Amid Rising COVID Infections

Bryan Adams fans in Düsseldorf, Germany won’t be “returning to live” concerts so soon after all, as the “Return to Live” event starring the Canadian rocker has now been pushed back due to a recent spike in COVID-19 cases. Put on by Live Nation, the Sept. 4 show was announced a few weeks ago and supposed to mark the beginning of live shows in Germany once again, although many had their doubts that the country was ready for 12,000 people to sing along to “Summer of ’69” in Merkur Spiel-Arena. “Despite a comprehensive health, hygiene, and safety program, organizers felt compelled to cancel the event in view of the increasing number of infections and subsequent capacity restrictions that were imposed on the event,” a statement released by the venue said. A decidedly not-in-“Heaven” Bryan Adams took to Instagram tonight to condemn *puts on glasses* “fucking bat eating, wet market animal selling, virus making greedy bastards” for the cancellation of his intended Royal Albert Hall shows in London this week so that “the whole world now is on hold.” That certainly cuts like… some kind of sharp object. But wait, there’s more: “My message to them other than ‘thanks a fucking lot’ is go vegan.” These are decidedly not the best days of Adams’ life.
