While things could change, it’s safe to say for now that festival season is back in full swing. The latest major brand to announce its 2021 lineup is Bonnaroo, the beloved Manchester, Tennessee music and arts festival scheduled for September 2nd to 5th, 2021. As the country grapples with what the re-start of the live music industry will look like, Bonnaroo 2021 has shared a lineup that includes the Foo Fighters, Megan Thee Stallion, Lizzo, Tame Impala, Tyler, the Creator, Lana Del Rey and more will take place down on The Farm in Manchester, Tennessee from Sept. 2 through Sept. 5. Third time’s the charm for Bonnaroo. Organizers of the beloved Manchester, Tennessee music and arts festival have once again postponed the event, which will now take place September 2nd to 5th, 2021. Citing COVID-19 concerns, Bonnaroo postponed its in-person March dates and pushed them to September 2020 before abandoning them altogether and announcing its 2021 edition in June. The 2020 event was set to feature Flume, Seven Lions, REZZ, Wooli, SVDDENDEATH, Ekali, and Subtronics, among other major artists in EDM. Bonnaroo Postpones for Third Time, Moves Festival to September 2021

The 2021 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival has been pushed yet again over concerns about the length of the COVID-19 pandemic, marking the third time dates for the festival were shifted due to the virus. The annual event will now take place Sept. 2-5, 2021. The festival, which typically takes place in mid-June, was moved to September 2020 in March after the coronavirus took hold in the U.S. In June, it was moved a second time to June 2021, before being rescheduled for a third time earlier today. After Bonnaroo organizers shelved the 2020 in-person event due to the impact of COVID-19, organizers have now announced the lineup for the event’s first-ever foray into the virtual music festival space, “Virtual ROO-ALITY.” The livestream event, which is free for viewers to broadcast via YouTube, will feature both archival sets from Bonnaroo’s storied past as well as new performances. Prior to its postponement in March 2020, organizers of the beloved 4-day fest in Manchester, Tennessee announced a staggering lineup. Originally planned for June 13th to 16th before a bump up to September, the 2020 edition of Bonnaroo was set to feature Flume, Bassnectar, Seven Lions, and REZZ.
