After months of teasing fans with high-powered singles, Black Tiger Sex Machine have finally released their hotly anticipated third full-length album, Once Upon A Time In Cyberworld. Once Upon A Time In Cyberworld takes Black Tiger Sex Machine’s rumbling sound to new heights. Each of the album’s 12 tracks takes listeners on a journey through the post-apocalyptic soundscape they’ve long cultivated, weaving through various genres with a heavy-hitting undertone at its core. The many vocalists they’ve enlisted, such as Hyro The Hero and Youngr, help tell the story the trio has written. “The Devil’s Instrument” is one of the best examples of Black Tiger Sex Machine’s transformation, as the cinematic tune delivers an anthemic feel b...

Returning with their third track of the year, Black Tiger Sex Machine have joined forces with Italian-Jamaican reggae artist Alborosie for a massive single called “Leaders.” The new tune instills a sense of longing for change, and a paradigm shift in society. As we begin to pick up the pieces from the aftermath of the global pandemic, “Leaders” speaks to the need to evolve. While “Leaders” is somewhat of an exodus from BTSM’s signature punk-electro sound, this track is a refreshing change of pace. By dialing down their usual heavy-hitting bass, the focus is on the storyline, leading a revolution with a riveting reggaeton infusion. Listen to “Leaders” below and find it on streaming platforms here.&nbs...
In January, Black Tiger Sex Machine teamed up with Kazyo and Point North for their monster single “Lifeline.” Adding to their impressive list of massive collaborations, the Canadian trio has tapped JT Roach for “Creature” out via Kannibalen Records. Although “Creature” is a slight departure from the relentlessness of their recent releases, the tune still showcases BTSM’s heavy-hitting sound while simultaneously giving JT Roach’s immaculate vocals a spotlight. His signature tenor croons lyrics about animosity, with that message being empowered by dynamic, winding basses and the occasional fluttery synth. The anthemic nature of “Creature” makes it a live set staple. Expect the track to be a centerpiece of BTSM&...
This collaboration has been a long time in the making, but luckily for bass music fans, the wait is finally over. Black Tiger Sex Machine and Kayzo have officially unveiled their powerful new single “Lifeline.” After previewing the instrumental for fans last year with rave reviews, they took the track to the next level by tapping Los Angeles-based alt-pop band Point North for vocals. Both BTSM and Kayzo are known for their masterful amalgamation of dubstep and electro-punk. “Lifeline” follows suit as a dynamic crossover that will have you belting your heart out. “Lifeline” is the first time these two heavyweights have collaborated but it probably won’t be the last. 2020 saw BTSM drop a slew of monster collaborations, including “Freq...

If the preview below is any indication, fans are safe to look forward to another massive electro-punk song, a sound that has become synonymous with both Black Tiger Sex Machine and Kayzo in recent years. “Lifeline” marks the first official collaboration between the two electronic heavyweights and “it’s been a long time coming,” according to Black Tiger Sex Machine, the famed Canadian bass music trio. Fans of the group may remember when they shared a preview ...
