BBNaija season 5 winner Laycon bags a new appointment as the new Youth Ambassador for Ogun State. Laycon born Olamilekan Agbeleshe who hails from Ogun State was today received by the State Governor Dapo Abiodun. The Ogun State government had congratulated the reality TV star on winning Big Brother Naija Lockdown 2020. Governor Abiodun, in Abeokuta announced Laycon as the state youth ambassador and also revealed a deserving package for him. Laycon as the new Ogun State Youth Ambassador will receive 3 bedroom bungalow and N5 million cash. On Sunday 27th September 2020 Big Brother Naija Lockdown season 5 came to an end after 71 days. Laycon was declared the winner of this year’s BBNaija among the top 5 finalists. Multichoice organisers of the Big Brother Naija, have done a formal presentation of the grand prize to the BBNaija winner Laycon. Team Payment Link consisting of Laycon, Ozo won the Flutterwave task on BBNaija Lockdown reality TV show. Popular payment processing platform Flutterwave gave the BBNaija housemates some tasks to do. The remaining 7 housemates were split into 3 teams as follows; Team Payment Link, Team Invoice and Team Store. After a series of micro-tasks, Team Payment Link won the BBNaija Flutterwave task with 119 points while Team Invoice came second with 97 points. Laycon, Ozo, TrikyTee and Dorathy have been nominated for eviction while Vee and Neo slip into BBNaija Lockdown finals. The Big Brother Naija Lockdown Season 5 took a different turn tonight as the housemates did not get to do the normal nomination. They were separated into two teams, White and Black. Team White chose Ozo and Dorathy for eviction while Team White chose Laycon and TrikyTee for eviction. Popular Nigerian cleric Reverend Father Mbaka has chimed in on the ongoing Big Brother Naija stating that Erica will not win the prize money of N85 million. In a trending video online, the Enugu-based Catholic priest brought up the spat between Erica and Laycon to the fore where he stated that Erica’s character was malicious. Congratulations are in order for BBNaija housemates Laycon, Nengi and Vee (Team Gold Label) who have been declared winners of the Johnnie Walker task. On Tuesday, September 1, the housemates were split into groups for the Johnnie Walker tasks. The groups for the Johnny Walker tasks were Team Black Label, Team Gold Label, Team Red Label and Team White Walker.
