HipHopWired Featured Video Source: MEGA / Getty Ye has gone full Nazi, and there will be consequences. Case in point, the artist formerly known as Kanye West has been suspended from Twitter, again—this time for posting a swastika. By now you’ve surely heard about Ye’s Thursday (Dec. 1) appearance on InfoWars with infamous right-wing cretin Alex Jones. Even Jones, who just declared bankruptcy to avoid paying millions to the Sandy Hook families he slandered, tried to steer Ye away from the rampant antisemitism, that included praise for Hitler. So yeah, that didn’t happen. And then, Ye carried his problematic rhetoric over to Twitter, where he posted an image of a swastika inside the Star of David. The pic was promptly deleted, and soon enough, Ye’s account was suspended. Elon Musk himself to...
HipHopWired Featured Video CLOSE Source: YouTube / Youtube We have arrived at the Ye co-signs Adolf Hitler with his whole chest portion of the simulation. On Thursday (Dec, 1), the artist formerly known as Kanye West made an appearance on Alex Jones’ web show, and proceeded to say that even a homicidal maniac has something of value to contribute. Ye appearing on Alex Jones was already wild for the night. This is the same conspiracy wingnut who is on the hook for millions of damages to the families of Sandy Hook victims after he falsely claimed the murders of their children were all made up. Such heinous behaviors was apparently not enough to stop Ye from having a live stream interview with the infamous Infowars host. They surely didn’t disappoint when it comes to tomfoolery and lies, that ...
Kanye West’s latest public meltdown added a depressing new chapter when he was escorted out of Skechers’ corporate office this week — an incident Saturday Night Live lampooned on its latest episode. The comedy show addressed West’s antisemitism-fueled downfall with a sketch from the point of view of Skechers, a company that finally earned some clout when it refused to work with the rapper. If you’ve forgotten, Kanye approached Skechers about a business partnership after both adidas and Gap ended their respective relationships with him following a slew of antisemitic comments. Skechers, of course, didn’t want to be associated with West either, and he was escorted out of the company’s corporate headquarters. In the new sketch, SNL made a fake Skechers commercial in which the c...
Kanye West is facing a $250 million dollar lawsuit from the family of George Floyd after spreading the false conspiracy theory that Floyd died from fentanyl, and not from the actions of arresting Minneapolis police officers. In an impromptu press conference with paparazzi on Friday night, West attempted to apologize for his recent comments about Floyd and his death. “When I see that video as a Black person, it hurts my feelings,” West said. “And I know that police do attack [sic] and that America is generally racist. And I understand that when we got to say Black Lives Matter, the idea of it made us feel good together as a people. Now, afterwards there was some things where the money went in order to push us to the Democratic vote.” “So when I questioned the death of George Floyd, it hurt ...
Kanye West has an “obsession” with Adolf Hitler and once considered naming his 2018 album after the Nazi leader. The revelation comes from a new CNN report, which cites a former business executive who worked for West as well as several other unnamed sources. The executive, who left his position and reached a settlement with West over the rapper’s workplace behavior, told CNN that West “would praise Hitler by saying how incredible it was that he was able to accumulate so much power and would talk about all the great things he and the Nazi Party achieved for the German people.” West also spoke openly about reading Mein Kampf — even though he claims to have never read any book — and expressed his “admiration” for Hitler and the Nazis and for their use of propaganda, the executive added. Adver...
