Sharon Osbourne Hospitalized for Undisclosed Medical Emergency
Sharon Osbourne has been hospitalized after suffering an undisclosed medical emergency. TMZ reports that Osbourne, 70, fell ill on the set of a new television project at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California on Friday night. She was transported by ambulance to Santa Paula Hospital, where she remains under care. Neither the nature of Osbourne’s emergency nor her current condition was available at the time of publication. Consequence has reached out to Osbourne’s representatives for more information. Matty Healy’s on stage antics continued at a recent The 1975 concert in Kentucky where the frontman got a tattoo in the middle of a performance. The 1975’s “At Their Very Best” tour has featured a pretty chaotic stage design, including a couch that Healy sits on for the shows’ particularly steamy moments. Fan shot footage of the December 16th concert captures the singer lounging on the couch with a cigarette while a tattoo artist adorns his bare chest with the phrase “I’m a man.” Later in the show, a fan apparently received the same tattoo. Billie Eilish kept the surprises coming during the third and final show of her mini-residency at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Friday. Skateboarding Fleetwood Mac TikTok Star Arrested for Marijuana Possession
Nathan Apodaca, the TikTok user aka 420doggface208 who went viral in 2020 for his skateboarding clip set to Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams,” was arrested by Idaho State Police after being found in possession of marijuana. TMZ reports that Apodaca was stopped by police because of an expired registration tag. After observing edibles in his vehicle, officers conducted a search and found three packages of THC gummies and a scraping tool with a sticky residue. Apodaca was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors: possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked and released on $600 bond, according to arrest records. Pokémon Show to Choose New Trainers Over Ash Ketchum
Ash Ketchum recently fulfilled his long-coveted goal of becoming a World Champion, but the Pokémon anime will be moving on without him with a new series premiering in 2023. The show will star the dual protagonists Liko and Roy as they explore the Paldea region with new starters from the recently released Pokémon Scarlet and Violet video games: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly. Nothing else is known about the series, but a press statement teased the group will “unravel the mysteries of the Pokémon world, experiencing everything from exciting Trainer battles to fun Pokémon encounters.” It will debut after the current season of Pokémon: Ultimate Journey wraps next year. Swedish doom metal legends Candlemass have announced their first batch of 2023 US tour dates. The run is comprised of a handful of West Coast dates in support of their new album, Sweet Evil Sun, which arrived in November via Napalm Records. The tour will set off March 10th in Seattle, and run through a March 17th date in San Diego, with support acts yet to be announced. Tickets for select shows are currently available here.
