Julia Stone Reveals New Song “Unreal”, Produced by St. Vincent: Stream

It turns out there’s quite a lot more to come from this pair, as a “greater body of work” is eventually coming down the line, according a statement. Not unlike her previous offering, Stone again sidelines her folk roots here, leaning further into synthpop territory. Leikeli47 Speeds Past Her Competition on New Single “Zoom”: Stream
Leikeli47 hasn’t released a new album in nearly two years, but she doesn’t want her competition to think she’s been sleeping on the job. Enter “Zoom”, a fresh single from the Virginia-born rapper and our first preview of her upcoming third LP. Briston Maroney Teases Debut Album with New Single “Deep Sea Diver”: Stream
After releasing a string of EPs, including this year’s Miracle, Nashville songwriter Briston Maroney is ready to drop his full-length debut album. The effort is slated for arrival sometime in 2021 ,and as a preview, he’s sharing a new single called “Deep Sea Diver”. A freewheeling and folksy number, it finds Maroney struggling to pull himself out of a major rut. “Sick and tired of this old routine,” he laments early on, adding, “I’m a deep sea diver, I’m in too deep.” Maroney goes on to ponder his own “selfish pride” and “fear of rejection”, and whether they are keeping him from being an authentic and honest person. The Killers Set New Album Release Date for Imploding the Mirage
The Killers have finally landed on a release date for Imploding the Mirage. The new album is due out in just a little over a month on August 21st through Island Records. “COVID-19 monkey wrenched us. But we persevered. Folks, mark your calendars,” the band wrote on Instagram. Originally slated to drop in May, The Killers’ sixth full-length was put on hold “due to delays in finalizing the album.” It was recorded in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Park City, Utah, and co-produced by the group with help from Shawn Everett (Alabama Shakes, Julian Casablancas) and Foxygen’s own Jonathan Rado. Imploding the Mirage marks the first Killers LP to be released since the band members left their much loved hometown of Las Vegas. Hip-Hop Supergroup Spillage Village Return with New Single “End of Daze”: Stream
Spillage Village, a supergroup featuring EarthGang, J.I.D. and 6LACK, are back with their first single since 2017. Titled “End of Daze”, it’s taken from their upcoming album due out this summer. Rounded out by Mereba, JurdanBryant, Hollywood JB, and Benji, the Atlanta-based Spillage Village penned the new song entirely during quarantine.
