In turn he has confirmed he is not an Afro-Latino and the award has since been changed. As spotted on Hype Beast the Colombian performer recently won the Afro-Latino Artist of the Year at the 2021 African Entertainment Awards. The ceremony was held virtually and the winners were announced online. Veteran singer and actor, Onyeka Onwenu, has revealed that the late Afro beat music legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti approached her for marriage in the eighties.
