Liverpool confirmed yesterday that goalkeeper Adrian has penned a new deal at the club, and many Reds fans have expressed their views on Twitter. Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian has raved about Fabinho on the club’s official website. Adrian has been impressed by how Fabinho has done in central defence in the absence of Virgil van Dijk. Van Dijk is one of the best centre-backs in the world, but the Netherlands international could miss the rest of the season due to the injury he suffered against Everton in the Merseyside derby last weekend, as reported by The Guardian. The Frenchman has coached Los Blancos in 147 La Liga matches in total, with 55 at home and 45 away from home. In those games, Zidane’s sides have scored 342 goals and conceded 142. Only Miguel Munoz has won more La Liga matches in charge of Real Madrid than Zidane with 257.
