SZA has teased Lana, a deluxe edition of her 2022 album SOS.
Speaking to fans at a recent concert, the artist called Lana “a whole ‘nother album” clocking in at “7-10 songs” and said “it’ll be out this fall.” Since the announcement came during a show, there’s not much more information to report at this time, but you can watch SZA announce the deluxe edition below.
Featuring guest appearances from Phoebe Bridgers, Don Toliver, Travis Scott, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard, SOS blew our expectations out of the water as the long-awaited follow-up to 2017’s Ctrl; sbe was even the subject of our December 2022 cover story. A few months after the album’s release, SZA — born Solana Rowe — enlisted Doja Cat for a remix of single “Kill Bill,” which Consequence named Song of the Week.
