SteelSeries Introduces the Arena 3 and 7 Immersive Gaming Speaker Systems

SteelSeries is adding to its award-winning hi-fi offerings with a new premium line of gaming speakers. Giving fans a chance to now enjoy games with a fully immersive sound experience with SteelSeries’ tried and tested sound technology, the Arena 3 and Arena 7 offer true surround sound from a single USB connection.

The Arena 7 series sees a two-way speaker design with two front speakers, a center channel speaker, and a 6.5-inch downward subwoofer. The Arena 7 is the Arena 9 series minus the rear wireless surround sound speakers. Taking the Arena 7 to the next level is screen-reactive RGB. The Arena 3 maintains the same quality audio in a more lightweight package with 4-inch organic fiber drivers to cover highs, mids, and lows. For those looking for a desktop-specific speaker setup that balances surface space with sound quality, the Arena 3 is the optimal choice.

To both enhance and fully customize the acoustics of the Arena speaker line, SteelSeries equips gamers with the Sonar Audio Software Suite. This software is specifically designed for intricate and powerful audio customization. Users can adjust nearly every aspect of the sound using a 10-band Parametric EQ, Acoustic Echo Cancellation, and Spatial Audio for surround sound simulation.

Set for a September launch the Arena 3 and 7 retail for $180 and $360 USD, respectively.

In other gaming news, SteelSeries’ advanced gaming headset features AI-powered noise control.
