I’ve always liked to have a look at my horoscope, but I never really took much notice of it. (The fact that I’m a classic Capricorn who works too much is not exactly news to me.) But 18 months ago, when our lives became completely unpredictable, and the world turned upside down, I found myself engrossed in horoscopes to such an extent that I’ve now got an app that delivers my birth-time-specific horoscope every day. No, I don’t have a problem, but do feel free to psychoanalyse me and my behaviour. I would like to point out, though, that I’m not the only one who’s into horoscopes these days. Earlier this year, the BBC reported a boom in the number of people who have taken an interest in astrology.
