Shoot 5.7K 360-Degree Video With Insta360’s New ONE RS Action Cam

With the warmer months just around the corner, Insta360 is here to help you capture your adventures with its latest ONE RS action cam.

Now offering 360-degree video capture at 5.7K via a newly-developed one-inch wide-angle lens co-engineered with Leica, the ONE RS ensures not a single flip, jump or dive is left out of your frame. Aside from allowing you to choose which angle you prefer the most after recording, you’ll also be able to capture third-person views of yourself thanks to the camera’s dual-lens configuration, automatically stitching out your selfie stick.

When you’re not in need of 360-degree videos, the ONE RS can shoot with detail through the company’s new 4K Boost Lens, working in tandem with an upgraded half-inch sensor to deliver crisp footage at 60fps or sharp 48-megapixel images. You’ll also be able to choose between an Active HDR mode for enhanced video stabilization and better-exposed shots or a 6K Widescreen mode to unlock a 2.35:1 cinematic ratio. Other features include IPX8 waterproofing up to 16 feet, Bluetooth 5.0 support, a 20m 5GHz Wi-Fi range, and a 1,445mAh battery that can fully charge in 60 minutes via USB-C.

For those interested, Insta360’s new ONE RS action cam is now available over on Amazon for $550 USD, or you can learn more over on the company’s website.

Elsewhere in tech, DJI has unveiled the Matrice 30 enterprise drone.
