Seun Kuti rants about the exploitation and high-handedness in the Nigerian power sector.
The Afrobeat singer and saxophonist in a video posted on Instagram lambasted the operators of the Nigeria’s power sector for exploiting the citizenry.
Kuti’s rant came on the backdrop of the proposed plan to increase electricity tariff in the country. The Grammy nominee complained about the corruption going on in the power sector that has been a bane to steady power supply.
He also criticized Nigerians who were nonchalant in the face of the exploitation by the stakeholders in the power sector.
