Her Story and Telling Lies creator Sam Barlow has now released a new trailer for his next game: Immortality.
Much like his other titles, Immortality is a new mystery thriller experience based around full-motion video and cinematic scenes with real actors. The game was created with the help of screenwriters Allan Scott, Amelia Gray and Barry Gifford, who have all worked on critically acclaimed projects such as Queen’s Gambit, Mr. Robot and Lost Highway, and brings out a more horror twist to the trilogy.
Divided into three main parts, the game will center around three unreleased movies titled Ambrosio, Minsky and Two of Everything. Through investigating lost footage of the films, players will have to find out what happened to Marissa Marcel, the main actress across all the movies who disappears shortly after wrapping production.
For now, the game will only be released on the Xbox and PC, but Barlow says ports for more platforms will be on the way.
In other gaming news, Digimon Survive has released a new teaser trailer showcasing its characters.
