Rough Crafts’ “Cosmos Charger” Is a Harley-Davidson Street Bob With a Sci-fi Makeover

Rough Crafts has unveiled its latest creation “Cosmos Charger”, a custom bike based on Harley-Davidson’s Street Bob in celebration of the gaming hardware manufacturer, Cooler Master’s 30th anniversary.

Unlike Rough Crafts’ usual retro aesthetics, the “Cosmos Charger” was intended to have more of a futuristic and sci-fi edge. The project was headed by Winston Yeh, founder of Rough Crafts, who reimagines a 2020 Street Bob in a boxy armor integrated with purple LED lights to echo Cooler Master’s signature computer cases.

Yeh worked with long-term collaborator, SFC Simon Fiber Craft to wrap individual parts in carbon fiber that creates a sleek marbled effect. The iconic purple headlights are supplied by Koso, while CNC aluminum fins grace the middle of the fairing, going over the top of the tank and the tail of the bike. As for the specs, the bike mostly retains the model’s twin-cylinder mill engine. A few upgrades are integrated, which include specially-installed Öhlins forks, The Speed Merchant swingarm, Metzeler tires, Performance Machine wheels, Beringer brakes, Rebuffini hydraulic clutch, and more.

Take a closer look at the gallery above. The “Cosmos Charger” is a custom bike commissioned by Cooler Master and will not be available for sale.
