Robert Pattinson Plays a Moody Bruce Wayne in New ‘The Batman’ Trailer

A new trailer has been released for Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming film The Batmanstarring Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne and Gotham City‘s masked vigilante.

Directed by Matt Reeves, the new film follows Wayne as he stalks the streets of Gotham City seeking vengeance against criminals. His group of trusted allies includes Alfred Pennyworth, played by Andy Serkis, and Lt. James Gordon, played by Jeffrey Wright.

The action kicks off when a killer targets Gotham’s elite with a series of sadistic machinations, leaving a trail of cryptic clues behind. In his investigation, Batman encounters Selina Kyle — a.k.a. Catwoman — played by Zoë Kravitz, and a number of other well-known characters like The Penguin, played by Colin Farrell, and The Riddler, played by Paul Dano.

The cast of the film also includes John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Jayme Lawson and Andy Serkis. Catch the trailer in full above and look out for the movie in theaters in North America on March 4, 2022 and internationally beginning March 2, 2022.
