After running up quite the rage about it on social media, Rich The Kid has revealed the remix of last month’s “Gimme A Second” single with Peso Pluma. The rapper tapped his VULTURES collaborators Ye and Ty Dolla $ign to feature on the revved-up version of the track.
The Kid handles the first two verses, with the same catchy “Gimme A Second” chorus thrown in between. Ye and Ty tag-team the third and final verse, closing out the cut with plenty of shots.
“Walk in, buy the whole building, real estate profile looking impressive / My oldest said, ‘Daddy not going to Heaven’ / Treat me like a deadbeat, said I wasn’t present / They was tryna treat a king like a peasant / They bought my son a new dad like it’s no headache / I don’t give a f*ck about sh*t, I’m irreverent.”
“Gimme A Second 2” – along with the OG version and, allegedly, “CARNIVAL” – is slated to appear on Rich The Kid’s forthcoming LP Life’s A Gamble, which is expected to drop sometime soon.
