Self-care and self-love are important routines that we need to take up to ensure that we feel important, valued and loved by ourselves. However, for some of us, self-care is extremely hard because of the way we think and the way we have been brought up. “Self-care is an essential part of living a healthy and happy lifestyle. It can also help productivity levels, boost self-esteem, and support overall mental health.,” wrote Therapist Carolyn Rubenstein.
