Professional horse racing tipster Andrew Mount takes a good look at today’s Spreadex markets to find the best value spread betting and fixed odds opportunities.
Spreadex offers both normal fixed odds betting plus spread betting on horse racing. There are some key differences between this form of gambling and placing regular fixed odds bets. Get the calls right and punters could win big, but the potential to lose money can be much higher. Intrigued? Then check out this how to spread bet on horse racing guide:

Andrew found Lingfield winner EIGHT OF DIAMONDS on Thursday and was right to oppose ATIYAH at Musselburgh (3-1 last of six). He has two more recommended bets/trades on Friday, April 29th. Follow his tips on horse racing betting sites throughout the year.
NEWMARKET STARTING PRICES
Small fields are a feature of Newmarket’s meeting today but Spreadex might still have set their STARTING PRICES index a little low at 27-29. The opening 5f fillies’ maiden features a field of unraced two-year-olds and could be ripe for an upset, especially as 5-4 favourite DRAMATISED, a daughter of Showcasing, might prove best on softer going. Mark Johnston’s 14-1 outsider of four AUSTRIAN THEORY could be in receipt of an easy lead in the 1.50 and this is the type of race his trainer has caused upsets in here before. Some of the other favourites are harder to oppose, especially YIBIR in the 3.35, but a couple of double-figure priced winners could see us cover the spread.
Recommendation: Buy STARTING PRICES at Newmarket
CHELTENHAM 8.10
Since 2010, trainer Fergal O’Brien has a six from 14 record with his runners at this Hunter Chase meeting and backing them blind would have returned a profit of £30.75 to a £1 level stake at SP. AMI DESBOIS, his sole runner tonight, returned to winning ways at Newbury last time and his prominent running style will be an asset in the 8.10. Back at 7-2 in the Spreadex fixed odds betting or buy in the 50-25-10 race market.
Recommendation: Back AMIS DESBOIS in Cheltenham 8.10
