Porsche has announced that a reveal of a new Porsche 911 GT model is just around the corner, with a world premiere set to take place on October 18, via the official Porsche Newsroom and across its various social channels.
While not much additional detail has been shared at the time of writing, the new vehicle is said to mark the very first GT model of the new 911 generation and is “already in the starting blocks.” On the official reveal day, Andreas Preuninger, the director of the GT model line, is expected to present the new vehicle alongside brand ambassadors Walter Röhrl and Jörg Bergmeister, as part of a digital world premiere.
The automaker shared that the new GT model will come in two initial variants, both to be revealed at the same time and both “even more emotional,” with customers able to customize with more individuality and featuring various innovative details.
